Pedro Montalban
Director of Customer Satisfaction - ONO

Pedro Montalban joined ONO in 1997 as Director of the Residential Market (Marketing and Sales) of the Valencia franchise. In 1998, he was appointed Regional Director of the Mediterranean South Franchise and in 2001 he became responsible of ONO's Customer Care organisation.

Prior to his cable experience Pedro held several management positions in IBM and was Managing Director of Nexus Management 21, a consultancy company.
