Nicolette Wuring
VP Customer Care Europe - UPC Broadband

Nicolette Wuring joined UPC Broadband, the European division of Liberty Global, in 2004 as Vice President Customer Care for 11 countries across Europe.

At UPC Nicolette is responsible for the strategic shift from a traditional customer service focus on cost containment to servicing the customer base as an asset for increasing revenue.

Nicolette has a long, successful history both in the field of Customer Operations and within the cable business in Europe. She has been responsible for Customer Operations and Direct Marketing, having launched services like Pay-per-View, Pay-TV, High Speed Data, Cable Telephony, and e-services, as well as mergers and reorganizations in various (cable) companies in Europe and the USA.
