Federico Cesconi
Director of Customer Insights and Retention - Cablecom
As
Director of Customer Insights and Retention, Federico Cesconi is responsible for the development
and implementation of customer insight best practice across Cablecom.
Federico joined Cablecom Ticino in 2000 as Marketing Manager. In 2002 he moved into
the headquarter in Zürich promoted as Head of Customer Information Management.
He was appointed to his current position in January 2005.
Cesconi started his activity in marketing analytics at one of Southern
Switzerland's leading Internet Service Providers—Tinet SA. As Marketing Manager,
he was responsible for database marketing and data mining back in 1996.
Cesconi and his team were recognized with the North American Insight
Award 2006 in Data Mining, and the European Insight Award 2007.
Federico Cesconi earned his PhD at the University of Milano, and his MBA at
the University of Wales.
