Dennis Hodges
Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Content Strategy, UPC Central Europe Group
Dennis Hodges
has been with UPC since May of 2001, leading strategic and creative marketing,
sales and content initiatives throughout the region. Hodges' communications-based
career began in 1981 with United Cable Television in corporate and regional
marketing management positions. After a number of years as General Manager of
cable television operations, Hodges left cable for the competitive local exchange
carrier (CLEC) Teleport Communications Group where he developed and managed the
Omaha market. Later Hodges founded Nebraska Technology and Telecommunications,
a CLEC that targeted businesses in secondary markets.
Immediately prior to UPC, Hodges was a management strategy consultant
working with CEOs on marketing and management strategy issues.
Hodges holds a Ph.B. from Southwestern College and
a M.M. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University. He is currently Chairman of CTAM Europe, the European cable
industry's marketing association, which he helped found.
